What is the difference between SelfServ and Compose?

AdviceAid currently offers two modules: SelfServ and Compose. 

SelfServ is a tool for your customers to use directly from your website. They are able to access tailored advice directly by answering a few simple questions to understand their circumstances. 

Compose is a web-based tool for advisors to find, create and share an advice record on behalf of your customers. The primary difference is that the advisor is conducting the diagnosis, and selecting the correct advice. Compose requires a log-in.

Both tools are powered by the same great housing advice - providing consistency across your advice channels.

They are linked by a shared Dashboard, where the advice can be localised, and in the case of Compose, new users added.

The modules are designed to be complimentary of each other and we highly recommend implementing both to take your advice to the next level. However they work brilliantly on their own too!
