Your password can be easily reset from the "Login page". Simply click on "Forgotten your Password?" link under the login section. You will then be prompted to enter your email address.
IMPORTANT: You must use the email address that you used when you were first registered on AdviceAid. Some users have multiple email addresses (eg. .gov.uk, .gcsx.gov.uk etc). Please check with your Team administrator if you are unsure what email address you first registered with.
Within a few minutes you will receive an email from "support@adviceaid.uk" which contains a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or organisation's quarantine folder.
Click on the link in the email and then choose a new password as prompted.
